no·et·ic /nəʊˈɛtɪk/
At noetic movement, we don’t just promote pausing—we advocate for pausing with intention and moving in harmony with life’s rhythm. Our mission is to create a movement of people willing to embrace the pause, reflect deeply, and uncover greater clarity, purpose, and connection. True insight emerges when intellect and intuition align, shaping a life that is powerful, original, and meaningful.
We honour the attention given to time, believing that life flows best when we move with it rather than being driven by the world’s demands. Our goal is to cultivate a reflective, intentional way of living, guiding individuals and teams toward realignment, resilience, and transformative growth.
This philosophy is at the heart of everything we do, shaping immersive experiences that bring people back to their values, purpose, and deepest sense of self.
Greek origin (adjective): Deep intellectual and intuitive insight, fostering self-awareness and transformative understanding.
Jacyln Chan
founder of noetic movement | wellness practitioner
For over 15 years, Jacyln Chan built and led teams at global brands like Nike, lululemon, and Technogym, balancing commercial acumen with people-first leadership. While she thrived in scaling operations, launching new markets, and optimising P&Ls, her most meaningful moments came in the quieter spaces—helping team members step into their potential, find their voice, and navigate challenges with resilience.
Then life shifted. After experiencing the profound loss of her son and facing her own health battles, Jacyln came to a deeper realisation: true leadership isn’t just about performance—it’s about seeing and uplifting people, especially in moments of doubt. Now, she blends strategic insight with a deep commitment to growth, building noetic movement to guide leaders in pausing, reflecting, and reconnecting with their inner compass.

Our silent dinners are a guided journey, inviting guests to listen deeply to their intuition. Each dinner features a curated seven-course meal with all dishes preselected, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves without the need to speak. Set within an intentionally designed space, participants experience subtle ambient sounds that mimic a typical dining setting, enhancing the sense of practical presence.
Meals are served communally, adding gentle chaos to the table as dishes are shared—an intentional design to encourage guests to stay focused on their personal journey amidst shared moments. Embracing JOMO—the joy of missing out—from the world’s demands and distractions, guests can access a profound inner dialogue through intentional silence. In this unique space, noetic insights arise naturally, fostering deep realisations and renewed purpose. This is more than a dining experience; it’s a guided journey, infused with sound therapy vibrations, inviting you to dig deep and find clarity within the quiet.

Designed to immerse participants in noetic awareness, our retreats offer a journey of deep inner discovery and clarity. Practiced largely in silence and set amid the bustle of daily life, the retreat intentionally mimics a “normal” environment, showing participants that peace and centredness can be found anywhere, regardless of external chaos. Through guided reflections, sound therapy, and nature immersion, these retreats foster moments of noetic insight—helping participants find their centre amidst life’s storms. Guests leave with clarity, inner balance, and a renewed sense of purpose, ready to bring resilience and insight into their daily lives.
